Came here for a birthday during brunch. We had endless mimosas with our meal. It was definitely worth it! Portions were just enough, but they tasted great. Friendly service also!

I recently had the pleasure of dining at here and I can't recommend it highly enough! Our waitress, Angela, was incredibly helpful and attentive. She was extremely down to earth and extremely easy to connect with. She made fantastic recommendations that truly enhanced our dining experience. We tried the branzino and pork belly, both of which were absolutely delicious! The flavors were perfectly balanced and cooked to perfection. The drinks were also top-notch, pairing beautifully with our meals. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I can't wait to return. Thank you, Angela, for making our visit so memorable!

Stopped in on a whim and it was worth it. The best French toast I've ever had, and the drinks were mixed perfectly. Waitstaff was helpful and friendly, and the view was great for people watching on the street.

Happy Hour Anyone?!?! This place was great Happy hour is everyday from 4-6, and the food and drinks DID NOT disappoint! We dined in on a Saturday, and I would suggest arriving early because parking is tight in west loop, so ride share might be your best bet. But back to the review, our server Angela was amazing. She recommended all of our bites, and even suggested drink options. If you’re looking for a new summer cocktail, please order a French 75 and a French Kiss I had two of each and they were perfect! For food, we recommend the Rockefeller Oysters, Shrimp Scampi Screwers, Hamburger, French Fries and Beef Screwers. The Rockefeller Oysters, Shrimp Scampi Screwers and Burgers were seasoned to perfection as well. I will definitely be a returning customer.

5/21 Really nice place with a great happy hour. It was busy throughout the time we were there. Joey was our very attentive bartender. We ordered a variety of happy hour foods & drinks. My friend loved the burger & the 3 of us thought the mussels & fries were the best. I've NEVER been to a bar where the bartender gave us a time check & asked us if we were interested in putting another order before happy hour was over

We came to HIDE + SEEK for anniversary drinks and dinner. It was so good that we came back a couple of nights later for a casual dinner. The service was fantastic both times and the staff made the experience feel special. The cocktails were excellent. The Long Weekend quickly became my favorite, and we also enjoyed the Hanky Panky, Vesper Martini, and B&T. The food was just as memorable. The burrata with a touch of cinnamon was a standout, the braised short ribs were tender and flavorful, and the Carmelle pasta was rich and delicious. Even the smaller plates like the crispy artichokes and brussels sprouts impressed us. We finished with tiramisu and a warm cookie that were the perfect ending. Between the drinks, the food, and the atmosphere, this is a place that works for both a celebration and a relaxed night out. We cannot wait to come back again.

My only complaint is parking, this area is always a bit congested. There are spots on the street if you are lucky and most businesses offer valet at different prices. The restaurant is absolutely beautiful with hanging decor, dimly lit chandeliers and creative wall art. Tables and bar area make the perfect seat. There is also upstairs seating with a live D.J. for your after dinner parties. Service was impeccable; our waitress was patient in taking the order, made a few recommendations and frequently checked on us. We started off with lemon water and mimosas. This was the final day to order from the Restaurant Week menu. I ordered champagne trench toast that came with fresh raspberries and a champagne cream. I also went for the maple glazed, candied bacon which was absolutely amazing. My friend ordered steak and eggs over medium that came with hash browns and a fresh and flavorful chimi-churri sauce. We also tried the seasoned fries just because. Hey, don't judge us. Lol. Everything was good.

Hide + Seek is easily one of my favorite spots in Chicago. The space is gorgeous and the whole atmosphere feels warm, fun, and elevated—perfect for a cute dinner with the girls or celebrating something special. The food is fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Cocktails are thoughtful and seriously delicious. And the service? So kind and attentive without ever feeling over the top. Can’t wait to go back!
